Request estimation for your project before hiring us! This pricing remains valid for 30 days only. We provide detailed information regarding materials, applicable permits, and labor for your convenience. Also, our team will notify you about the price changes if any due to conditions like material unavailability.
Based on weather conditions and the availability of our staff members, we confirm the schedule. For emergencies, we always offer uncompromised services. To confirm your schedule with Orange Exteriors, accept our proposal and let us arrange a visit as quickly as possible.
To ensure transparency in service offerings, we ask for a 30% – 50% deposit of the total project cost. Pay the remaining balance upon completion. Cash and electronic transfers are acceptable payment methods.
You must agree to provide access to our team to the job site for work. Ensure you remove or secure the unnecessary items, like outdoor furniture and fragile products, to avoid damage.
Our team will obtain local building permits to comply with the roofing and guttering projects with regulations. If there is a delay in getting the permit, this may affect project timelines.
We always provide quality services and offer manufacturer warranties. This actually varies with projects, which you must consult with our team at the time of work.
You may wish to cancel our services for uncertain reasons. Please provide us with written notice at least 48 – 72 hours in advance of the scheduled project date. Any deposits will be refunded. Cancellations made beyond this period may result in adding a cancellation fee.
